Erin Cahill Consulting is a small owner operated business located in Sydney's northern suburbs. We service NSW wide and specialise in the areas of violence, abuse and neglect.
We work with government and non-government clients to find timely, innovative and strategic solutions to the issues that they face. Our clients ask us to help them with a range of activities including workforce training, research and writing, and expert analysis and advice.
With significant sector experience, we understand that the issues our clients are responding to are often complex and time specific. We work closely with you to understand the context and scope of the project and provide independent and quality solutions tailored to your specific needs.
We provide a comprehensive initial consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost breakdown, and a schedule for your project. We also offer a suite of quality services that will help you get there quickly and smoothly.

Who we are
Dr Erin Cahill has lived and worked in rural, regional, and metropolitan centres. A sociologist by training, she is a graduate of the Universities of Sydney, and Wollongong. Her post-graduate researches were in gender studies and in law reform. Erin has a work history of over twenty years, beginning in academia, but most of it in public service which included senior and management roles. Domestic and Family Violence has been the broad focus of her work and within this attention to issues concerning child protection, women’s and Aboriginal health, sexual assault and violence prevention. Her work has variously involved education, training, advisory roles, and policy development with NGOs, health workers, indigenous communities, police, local and state governments.
